An Inclusive Practice

Equal Opportunities

At Bradley Bar we are committed to valuing diversity by providing equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice for all children and families as well as staff.

This commitment is evidenced in many ways including our policy for recruitment, the diverse range of toys and equipment available to the children as well as the cultural influences in the meals provided. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.

Special Educational Needs

Bradley Bar Nursery provides an environment in which all children are supported to reach their full potential. Holly Guite is the setting’s designated special educational needs co-ordinator (SENCO).

We work closely with parents and other agencies in meeting individual children’s needs and ensuring the complete integration of children with SEN or disabilities through a range of strategies and differentiated planning. Our inclusive practice ensures equality of access and opportunity.
