The Team

Experience you can rely on

At Bradley Bar we believe that one of our key strengths is our experienced team. Many of the team have worked at Bradley Bar for a number of years and have a wealth of knowledge and understanding to give to your child and support them in their development in these crucial early years. To achieve our mission and vision we operate a key person system to provide your child with security and enable close working relationships with you as a parent.

Qualified Professionals

All of our team are fully qualified and have progressed their child caring skills by achieving additional qualifications ranging from Level 4 in Childcare learning and development to the Early Years Foundation Degree with Honours.

All of our team members have received paediatric first aid training as well as training for safeguarding children, health and safety and food hygiene. All staff have undergone DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks or equivalent and references have been verified.

Holly Guite, as well as being the owner, is also the setting’s Early Years Teacher’. It is Holly’s responsibility to support and guide the entire team to ensure that quality care underpins the teaching and relevance of play so that the nursery not only meets but exceeds the requirements of the EYFS.

Our team members have demonstrated time and again drive and commitment to providing excellent quality care for your children.

Now, to meet the team!
